We have designed a range of Hand Engraved Zodiac Star Sign Dog Tag Necklaces. The star sign is deeply cut out by hand to give a beautiful finish. (Beware of cheaper dog tags from other sellers with light ball necklaces, this is genuinely a heavy thick chain with 2.5mm balls). This dog tag has a polished finish both sides. The sterling silver dog tag can be engraved on the back with a message, name or date. All of our engraving is cut out by hand to give a nice deep finish, this ensures that your message will never fade. UK Hallmark. We traditionally hand engrave all of our items of jewellery. This is created by Peter deeply cutting out the silver by hand with small hand held gravers (chisel like tools) giving you a beautiful three-dimensional effect engraving that will never fade and will last forever.
