How to order

How is my item engraved ?

We hand engrave all of our items.  We prefer hand engraving rather than machine engraving as it has a more artistic touch, hand engraving is deeper than machine engraving.  We believe hand engraving adds a touch of quality to your personalised gift.  To read more about hand engraving click here.

Does my item come with a box ?

Yes, all items on our website are boxed.  Please see the individual product pages for more information.

How long does it take to receive my order ?

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders, your order will be despatched within 7 working days for this option (sent special delivery post).  Express delivery £6.50, your order will be despatched within 3 working days (sent special delivery post).

International Delivery £15 - within 14 days depending on location.

Which payment cards do you accept ?

We accept payment using the following cards Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards and Paypal.

What is your returns policy ?

We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on all un-personalised items, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings.

How do I return an item ?

If you wish to return an un-personalised item please contact us first on info@personalisedsilver.co.uk and we will issue you with a returns number.  All returns must have a returns number issued and be in the original box.

I'm afraid that we no longer ship to Northern Ireland from December 2024 due to new EU GDPR rules.

Delivery is by Royal Mail, First Class Post, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. 

We are currently only shipping to USA, Australia & Canada - International Post

All international orders are sent Royal Mail International Signed For at £17.00

Debit and Credit Card Payments can be made online securely through our SSL Shopping Cart.. Credit/Debit Card information is encrypted on our SSL Secure Pages. Most Credit / Debit Cards are accepted.

We also accept payment through Paypal.
