Unfortunately not what I expected on delivery

Sadly I fear I obviously didn't check the detailed information correctly on purchase as the cross pendant necklace i bought was minute and less than half the size i expected it to be, which then also gives it a more feminine/child like feel, the service was great so can't fault that, I was hoping to replacing a similar one i lost but unfortunately I can't wear the one I purchased.

Hi Bill,

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear the necklace wasn’t what you were expecting.

We do include detailed measurements and photos on each product page, but I completely understand that it can sometimes feel different when you see a piece in person.

As your necklace hasn’t been personalised, you’re very welcome to return it to us for a refund. If you’d like to do that, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll send over the return details.

We do also offer a range of larger cross designs, so if you were looking for something a bit bigger and more substantial, we’d be very happy to help you find a better match.

Thank you again for your feedback, and I’m glad to hear you were happy with the service.

Kind regards,
Mandy
