Handmade Satin Silver Celtic Engraved Cuff Bangle

This bangle is handcrafted in our workshop and weighs a substantial 26 grams. This Celtic design bangle is the perfect statement piece to compliment any outfit. We love the Celtic knot designs so have designed this pattern to show the complexities of hand engraving. The hand engraved design has been oxidised which give a blackened effect in the cuts of the engraving. We have then added a satin finish on the outside and inside of the bangle. It gives an entirely different look to the bangle compared to the polished finish Celtic Bangle click here. All of the design is engraved by hand by our craftsman with push hand cutters. The silver is cut out to ensure that the engraving is long lasting. Varies depths and widths are used to give a three dimensional effect in the sterling silver. We traditionally hand engrave all of our items of jewellery. This is created by Peter deeply cutting out the silver by hand with small hand held gravers (chisel like tools) giving you a beautiful three-dimensional effect engraving that will never fade and will last forever.

Nowadays there are less skilled hand engravers around and machines are now being used which do not give the quality and durability that Hand Engraving gives, every process of hand engraving is done by hand and it is all down to the skill of the engraver Peter, it gives the article a very artistic look.
