Our Sterling Silver Bookmark features an ornamental scroll design initial Hand Engraved on the front. Each bookmark is carefully crafted in our workshop. A single initial is included in the price and is Hand Engraved in the style of the example photos, with a blackened finish to enhance visibility. For a personalised touch, a hand engraved message can be added to the back in 4 styles of lettering. A choice of tassel colours available - red, black, blue, pink and purple. Hallmarked - Sterling Silver Hand Engraved Initial on the front is included in the price. |

We traditionally hand engrave all of our items of jewellery. This is created by Peter deeply cutting out the silver by hand with small hand held gravers (chisel like tools) giving you a beautiful three-dimensional effect engraving that will never fade and will last forever.

Traditional Hand Engraving
Hand Engraving is a dying art, it is a traditional way of engraving and has been done this way for many years. Nowadays there are less skilled hand engravers around and machines are now being used which do not give the quality and durability that Hand Engraving gives, every process of hand engraving is done by hand and it is all down to the skill of the engraver Peter, it gives the article a very artistic look.
